Ambassador ProgramThis program teams the association and its members up with local businesses and residents to clean up and beautify abandoned locations along Route 66 throughout New Mexico. The pilot project was the abandon wall at Outlaw Tattoo in 2022.

Tucumcari Neon RepairAfter Tucumcari suffered damage from the catastrophic hailstorm in May 2023, the New Mexico Route 66 Association organized an ongoing fundraiser to help with repair costs of many of their historic signs.

Do-It-Yourself Neon Repair VideoIn 2022, the association received a grant from the national Park Service to produce a new neon video. This second video by the association will cover a wide range of repairs that could be done by a business owner or individual rather than hiring a profesional who might be located miles away. When completed, this video will be available to everyone at no cost. Fast TV Network currently has a significant amount of film and will have enough fototage to produce three 20-minute by the time the project concludes. The association is currently seeking to raise additional funding to procuce a now three-part video series as well as continue resoration of signs yet to be repaired.
