Campos and wife Christina operate Joseph's Restaurant in Santa Rosa, NM.
The restaurant, started in 1947 by his parents, serves up lively Mexican
cuisine in a friendly atmosphere associated with Route 66 and the Club CafÈ.
In fact, Joseph and Christina own the former Club CafÈ and the copyright
to the "Fat Face" logo, but presently are uncertain when it will
reopen as a restaurant because of the proximity to their successful venture.
